Welcome to The Custom Bakery (“we,” “us,” “our”), a division of N&D Legacy Group LLC. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of Our Services

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or province to use our Services or make a purchase. You agree not to use our Services for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.

You must not transmit any malware, viruses, or harmful code.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Product Information & Custom Orders

We specialize in custom and personalized jewelry. By placing an order for custom items, you acknowledge:

  • Custom items are made specifically for you.

  • Slight variations may occur in color, size, or appearance due to materials and craftsmanship.

  • Personalized items are final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded, except in cases of damage or error on our part.

We make every effort to display products accurately but cannot guarantee color accuracy on all devices.

3. Order Processing & Fulfillment

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing times vary based on the type of jewelry ordered and will be displayed at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carriers

  • Weather

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Customs (international orders)

Once an order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

4. Pricing & Billing

All prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify prices

  • Correct pricing errors

  • Limit or cancel quantities ordered

  • Refuse any order

You agree to provide complete and accurate billing and shipping information.

If your payment fails or appears fraudulent, we may cancel your order.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Because all personalized items are custom-made, all custom orders are final sale.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery at thecustombakery1@gmail.com

  • Provide your order number and clear photos

  • If approved, we will repair, replace, or remake the item

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refunds are only issued if we cannot remake or replace the item.

6. Shipping

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Incorrect addresses entered by customers

Once a package shows as “Delivered,” it is considered fulfilled.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including logos, designs, product images, descriptions, branding, and graphics—is the property of N&D Legacy Group LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

8. Prohibited Uses
